1. The Service
Quickie Card gives you a digital business card hosted at a unique URL on quickiecard.com, a booking page that links to your card, automatic appointment reminders sent to your customers, an AI helper named Demi, and one physical NFC tap card mailed to you. The whole thing is set up for you. You don't build it.
Quickie Card is operated by Neighbors Choice Ad Co. LLC.
2. The Price
Your first payment is $50. That covers your first 2 months of service plus your physical tap card.
Starting on day 61 (after your first 2 months), your card is charged $20 per month on the same date each month until you cancel.
Replacement tap cards are free while your account is active — just $12 shipping to cover materials, printing, and postage. Once your subscription ends, you can no longer order replacements.
By paying, you authorize Neighbors Choice to charge your payment method on file for the $20 monthly fee each month until you tell us to stop. Stripe processes all payments on our behalf — we never see or store your card number.
3. Shipping (Your Physical Tap Card)
Your tap card ships via USPS within 2–3 business days after you finish the intake form and pay the $50. Neighbors Choice is not responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by USPS. Tracking is provided where available.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel any time. Email hello@quickiecard.com with the subject line "Cancel" and the email address on your account. Neighbors Choice will cancel your subscription within 2 business days of receiving your request and send you a confirmation.
After cancellation, your digital card stays live through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then goes inactive.
5. Prohibited Conduct / Content You Provide
You are responsible for the content you submit through our intake form (business name, role, tagline, photo, links, etc.). You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, is misleading, or violates any third-party platform's terms of service.
Neighbors Choice reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, without refund.
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Impersonate others or provide false information.
- Try to disrupt our systems.
6. Refund Policy
If you're not happy in the first 7 days after your first $50 payment, email hello@quickiecard.com and we'll refund the $50 in full. After day 7, the first payment is non-refundable — we've already built the card and mailed the tap card.
Monthly $20 charges after your first 2 months are non-refundable once charged. If you cancel mid-month, your card stays active through the end of that paid month, but no partial refund is issued.
Physical tap cards are non-refundable once shipped due to the personalized nature of the product.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep Quickie Card up around the clock but can't guarantee no interruption. Maintenance, updates, or vendor outages may occasionally affect access to your card. Neighbors Choice is not liable for damages caused by service interruptions.
8. AI Assistant (Demi)
Quickie Card includes Demi, an AI assistant that can answer questions about your account and help you make changes to your card or booking page. Demi reads only the information you provide and your account data — never your payment information or anything outside Quickie Card.
Demi is automated. Sometimes Demi makes mistakes. If Demi changes something on your card and it's wrong, email hello@quickiecard.com and we'll fix it manually. Demi's responses don't constitute legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.
9. Intellectual Property
Quickie Card and its branding, design, and platform are owned by Neighbors Choice Ad Co. LLC. The content you submit stays yours; you grant Neighbors Choice a limited license to host and display it on the digital card and booking page you've paid for.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Neighbors Choice to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes to These Terms
Neighbors Choice may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use Quickie Card after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut.
